You have the choice: Select the value and have it conveniently sent to you. Much more than just a shopping pleasure.

How to redeem the voucher

During the checkout process, simply enter the unique code in the appropriate field. Make sure to do this before you finish the process. Because afterwards it is unfortunately impossible to use the code.

In the checkout there are two Options:

1. If the available credit is greater than or equal to the order total, you can complete the order normally.
    
2. If the available balance is less than the order total, you will be prompted to choose a second payment method for the remaining amount before completing the order.

Questions about the gift certificate

You just need to use one product and the rest of the credit later? Don't worry: The Dr. Massing voucher is valid until the credit is used up – without time limit.

Naturally, you can still exercise your Rückgaberecht when ordering the goods üabout a voucher. Then you will be credited the corresponding value with us and you can use the credit with your next order.

If you need to be notified of your current balance or have lost the gift certificate, simply contact us and we will resend the gift certificate to you.

Notes:

The balance of a gift certificate will be applied to the total value of the order, which may include tax and shipping.

Please note that once purchased, the gift certificate is non-exchangeable.
