Shipping policy

Your order will be processed as quickly as possible and shipped with a shipping company of our choice. In the shipping confirmation you will receive a link to track the shipment. You enjoy the following advantages:

We ship with DHL Paket Premium as standard.

Important: If the delivery is sent correctly but is not accepted by the customer and/or is not picked up at a station within the time specified by the courier, a new delivery will be made at the customer's expense at standard prices. This also applies to deliveries that cannot be handed over by the delivery service provider due to typing errors in the recipient address field. Therefore, please make sure that your name and address are entered correctly and without error every time you place an order.

Shipping information

Note: On special occasions such as Black Friday, Christmas, Valentine's Day or Mother's Day, the processing of your order may take 3-5 business days plus shipping.

If you still have not received your package after 10 business days, please contact our customer service for the whereabouts of your package.

Payment

The prices listed on the product pages include VAT and other price components. The following payment methods are available to you:

Shopify Payments

When selecting a payment method offered via the payment service "Shopify Payments", payment processing is carried out via the payment service provider Shopify International Limited, Victoria Buildings, 2nd Floor, 1-2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland (hereinafter: "Shopify"). The individual payment methods offered via Shopify will be communicated to the customer in the seller's online shop. PayPal

In the case of payment by means of a payment method offered by PayPal, the payment is processed via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter: "PayPal"), subject to the PayPal terms and conditions of use, which can be viewed at https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full or - if the customer does not have a PayPal account - subject to the terms and conditions for payments without a PayPal account, which can be viewed at https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/ua/privacywax-full.

Prepayment/Bank transfer

If prepayment by bank transfer has been agreed, payment is due immediately after conclusion of the contract, unless the parties have agreed on a later due date. Our bank details are:

If you decide to pay your order by prepayment, the following applies: The total amount (incl. taxes and other fees) has to be transferred to our account within 5 working days after conclusion of the contract. Please note that your order will only be shipped after payment has been received.

SOFORT (bank transfer)

If you choose the payment method "SOFORT", the payment will be processed by the payment service provider SOFORT GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 Munich, Germany (hereinafter referred to as "SOFORT"). In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via "SOFORT", the customer must have an online banking account with PIN/TAN procedure that has been activated for participation in "SOFORT", must legitimize himself accordingly during the payment process and must confirm the payment instruction to "SOFORT". The payment transaction will be carried out immediately afterwards by "SOFORT" and the customer's bank account will be debited. Return

After you have taken possession of the goods, you have 14 days to cancel your order. You can find more information about this in our cancellation policy.

Please note that we cannot cover the cost of returning the goods. We ask you to pack the products securely so that no damage can occur during shipping.
